It started with a phone screening with the recruiter. Then there was an interview with the recruiter and the program director, and possibly the associate director too. The second interview included the team psychiatrist, and it was shorter, mainly asking questions about staffing dynamics. Offers are usually made about twice a month. New hires get management training about a month into their role.
