Mental Health Counselor
It can be tough if you're not familiar with the topics they cover, but it's pretty manageable if you've brushed up on mental health terms. Just remember, if you don't know something, be upfront and say you're keen to learn more about it.

Team Leader
It started with a phone screening with the recruiter. Then there was an interview with the recruiter and the program director, and possibly the associate director too. The second interview included the team psychiatrist, and it was shorter, mainly asking questions about staffing dynamics. Offers are usually made about twice a month. New hires get management training about a month into their role.
- Do you have knowledge of EBP, specifically MI, CBT, IDDT, and IMR?
- Are you familiar with the characteristics and behaviors of SPMI?
- Can you describe your approach to managing staff dynamics?
Mental Health Counselor
They first do a phone call to ask basic clinical questions. Then they set up an interview with a group of supervisors who ask about your work history, background check, and job-related questions. They want to know what you know and what you're willing to learn.

Housing Specialist
had an online interview with the company recruiting person. it took about 20 minutes. I first introduce myself before the interview started. The the interview asked whether I have experience working with adult with mental illness and drug abuse substance.
