After passing the client interview, I was told I was selected and asked to submit BGV and onboarding documents on Feb 11. I submitted them, but then there was no update from recruiting. I started following up from Feb 17 to know the offer status. During follow-ups, I learned the position was on hold and that they could look for other projects for me. Finally, after about three weeks, I was informed my profile was dropped. There was no clear timeline or communication throughout this period. Asking for BGV documents before final confirmation can cause uncertainty and affect candidate trust. More transparency and timely updates would make the recruitment process better.

The interview process included some good questions related to my job. I was honest about my role, and the interviewer seemed knowledgeable. They asked about my skills, how long I planned to stay, and my salary expectations. The interview went smoothly, and I answered to the best of my ability. Some questions were expected, while others were not. I was also given a scenario and asked how I would handle it.

They considered fresher and experience also same they ask resume and provide questions and said write a answers. they look ur cv and said something like u r not good starting only

First, there was a quick 15-minute call where they asked about my current job, the tools and tech I use, and what I expect salary-wise. Then, I had a 1-hour technical interview focusing on Vulnerability management, Incident management, and the tools I use, with a deep dive into how they work.
