Project Manager
So, there were 5 interviews spread across 2 weeks, each one with someone more senior, ending with the founder. They were really open about the process, and HR kept me in the loop the whole time.

CSR Manager
The interview process involved three rounds: one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager, and one with the peers. The questions were straightforward, and although they maintained a professional demeanor, the atmosphere wasn't overly formal. Things moved along quite quickly, which I appreciated as I wasn't left waiting.
- How would you go about developing employees who are struggling?
HVAC Technician
The interview process was quick but involved multiple visits. There were three separate interviews in total, each with different members of the radiant team. They were all friendly and seemed to be assessing if I would be a good fit for their department. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

Customer Service Representative
First I sent in my application, then I had to do this audition where I read a script to a voicemail. After that, the HR person gave me a call and we did an interview over the phone, and then another interview online.
- Can you provide a thorough description of each and every job you have worked since college?
- Please read the provided script to a voicemail.
