Behavioral Coding

It started with questions about my background, like previous jobs, what programming languages I know, and classes I took in college. Then there were a lot of coding questions about things like binary trees, linked lists, and arrays. Finally, I got to ask them any questions I had.

Behavioral Technical

Applied online and they hit me up. Had a phone interview, then went in for an in-person interview. After that, I was ghosted for two months. Still no update, so maybe I'll never hear back. It's a shame 'cause this was one of the best interviews I've had in a while and the panel seemed really into my background. Just a simple yes/no, timeline, or any update would've been cool. I ended up taking another offer.

Behavioral Technical

Started with a recruiter chat covering benefits and answering any questions. Then, a panel interview with three team leads from different projects, which was a mix of technical and behavioral. The technical part was light, focusing on resume experience and opinions on technologies used. The atmosphere was relaxed and conversational.

  • Can you share an example of a mistake you made at work and how you dealt with it?
