First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Radiall.
Approvisonneur
I went through 3 interviews: a phone call with HR, a video call with the Manager and HR, and an in-person meeting with the N+2 and RRH. After my last interview, I didn't get any feedback, even after several follow-ups from my end.
- Can you present your background?
- Technical questions about procurement?
- Practical case studies?
Chef De Projet Infrastructure
Overall, it was pretty straightforward and simple. The first interview was with the recruiting company, and the second was directly with the client. They explained the project, and then we got straight into the details. It was one of the interview processes I actually liked.
- Tell me about your background and accomplishments.
- What are your previous relevant experiences?
- What are your technical skills?
Human Resources Generalist
I had a quick phone screen and then they invited me for an in-person interview. I met with someone and it was more of a chat. We seemed to be on the same page about how to handle HR stuff and she said she'd have me come back for a second interview, but the person I was supposed to meet was out of town. She threw out a date and time that might work and said she'd send an invite. The next day, I sent a thank you email and double-checked the date since I thought it was Monday, but the day number pointed to a Friday. No reply. I waited a week and followed up again, knowing the person would be back by then. Still no response. If things changed, a simple email saying they picked someone else would have been nice, especially since they gave a specific date and time. Ghosting is unprofessional.
- We discussed our feelings about how to approach the role and the outline of duties.
SCM Project Lead
The first interview was with an external recruitment agency, Assessment, for managers. It involved a role-playing exercise, a personality test, and an open discussion about your aspirations, strengths, and areas for improvement. The second interview was more focused on the job itself and involved meeting with your direct manager (n+1) and their manager (n+2). The third interview was with HR.
- Where do you see yourself in 5 or 10 years?
- Tell me about your biggest accomplishment or what makes you feel proud.
