First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Radial.
Risk Analyst
The interview process has a few parts, like first a phone call, then some technical or behavioral interviews, and finally talking to the people in charge. Sometimes you might have to do assessments, coding tests, or case studies, it just depends on the job. They look at your skills, what you've done, and if you'd fit in with questions and real situations. It could take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, and they'll let you know how you did after each step. If you prepare well, communicate clearly, and show you know your stuff, you'll have a better shot.

Industrial Engineer
There were three rounds for this interview. Two of them were online, with one being an HR screening which was very straightforward. The second online interview was with my boss, who was very direct and friendly. He mentioned he wanted to have another interview with me. The final interview was on-site and involved meeting the entire team.

Customer Service Representative
I had a text-based interview with Sandra Tarkowski, who is the Communications Manager at Radial Inc. We texted for a while and she then extended an offer for a CSR position. It's a Full-Time, Remote role with a flexible schedule. The hourly pay is $25.45. She sent a detailed explanation of the job and mentioned she would email me a check for $3200. I was instructed to print the check and deposit it using my bank's mobile app.
