First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RADCO.
Leasing Manager
I first chatted with the recruiter, then I interviewed with the property manager, and then they extended an offer. It moved quickly, but they were really trying to hire a lot of people back then, so I appreciated that.
- Can you tell me about your industry experience?
Regional Manager
The interview process at RADCO was pretty straightforward and they were quick to get back to me. First, I had a screening chat with a recruiter, and after that, they set up a virtual meeting with two of the hiring managers.
- Can you tell me about a challenging professional situation you've encountered?
Director of Accounting
The interview process was pretty straightforward and moved along nicely. First, I had an interview with HR, then I interviewed with the hiring manager. After that, I had a final interview with the CFO and the hiring manager. It only took about 2 days to hear back after the HR interview, and then about a week after the hiring manager interview before I heard about the next step. All in all, from when I applied to when I got the offer, it was about 2 weeks. They kept me in the loop about everything throughout.
- Tell me about yourself and other general questions from HR.
- There was also a personality assessment.
- The hiring manager asked a lot of accounting-related questions.
Property Manager
I sent in my resume online and then went to the property for interviews with the current property manager and the regional manager. Make sure you wear a suit, not business casual, because appearance is really important at RADCO. They have high standards for their employees, so don't be late. If you are running late, call ahead because traffic in Atlanta can be bad.
- Describe a situation you might encounter as a property manager and how you would handle it.
- What experience do you have using property management software?
- How do you approach budget management?
