First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rad Power Bikes.
Customer Service Specialist
I was emailed to set up an initial phone interview. After that, I got another email asking if I wanted to move forward and schedule the next interview round. I said yes and we scheduled over email. This next interview was online via video with a customer service supervisor and a customer service manager. In all the interviews, they asked about me and my work history and gave detailed info about the company, the job, and the company's future plans.
- Why are you interested in Rad Power Bikes, and how comfortable are you handling calls from upset customers?
- What are your experiences with dealing with challenging customer interactions?
Customer Service Representative
The recruiter reached out and set up an initial phone interview. I was told there might be a delay in response due to the holiday, but the recruiter contacted me later that day to schedule a second interview for the following week. This second round consisted of two separate video interviews. My only issue was with the Google Meet platform; offering other options could improve the experience for users who face similar technical difficulties. The leaders I spoke with were great and gave me a positive impression of the company's values, making me feel like they genuinely care about their employees, which I think is crucial for any company's success.
- Can you share an instance from the past month where you pushed yourself to take on a challenge?
Customer Service Representative
Got a call from recruiting first for a phone interview. The recruiter, Olivia, was super nice and answered everything I asked. Then Seymore reached out and was really helpful in setting up my video interviews. After that, I chatted with Stephanie and Andrew on video. They were great, asked some really good questions, and also answered all my questions. Seriously, everyone I talked to was so kind and kept in touch, making it one of the smoothest interview processes I've had lately. No offer yet, but feeling good about it!
- Can you share an instance where you handled a dissatisfied customer and what steps you took to resolve their issue?
- Describe a situation where you exercised your best judgment to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional assistance.
