Marketing and Sales
It was a great experience from start to finish! I was reached out to by one of their Administrators Crystal and she did an excellent job of getting me scheduled, and worked with my school schedule as well! Then I spoke with another member of the team on a preliminary interview and finally met with a top leader in the office for my last and final interview. everything was done virtual so it made my life so much easier! I'm excited to be a part of a wonderful team here at RAD!

Marketing
Interview sounded like a pyramid scheme with lack of follow up and beating around the bush when salary was mentioned. They stressed not showing proper sales and would hold a promotion over ones head. The interviewer milked on his experience of getting promoted in 2 weeks.
- Do you see yourself owning a business and being able to handle that by the 4th promotion.
Client Representative
The first interview I had for Rad Marketing was super informational. It was a group interview with 4 other candidates. The director talked about the day to day, the pay structure, their clients, and the growth opportunities within the company. Sounds like they are expanding right now and looking for more talent. It was actually super insightful hearing about everything. I've never been on an interview where they withheld so much insight. I was offered a 2nd interview and that was a one on one with one of the corporate trainers. It was very conversational and he was super passionate about his role. The 2nd interview was pretty brief, only about 25 minutes. I then got offered the position today! I start on Monday! Im super excited to now go into the office and meet the team. The whole interview process took less than a week and the company has been very responsive. I'm so excited to start working here at Rad Marketing!

- How do you define success?
Sales and Marketing Representative
The whole interview process took about a week. There were 2 rounds of interviews and then a call back. The first interview was a prelim screening via zoom, only took about 15-20 min and I talked to the regional manager. The 2nd interview was with an assistant director for about 30-45 min via google meets. The 2nd interview went more in-depth about the company; day to day, pay, growth etc. Its been 2 days since and call backs are at the end of the week to hear if I received the position or not.
- Tell me about your leadership experience.
- Can you share an experience where you faced adversity and how you dealt with it?
- Do you consider yourself competitive? Explain your reasoning.
