The interview process was not what I expected. Scheduling was a mess, with no clear communication about the interview time. The panel also seemed not ready, making the conversation feel all over the place and confusing. Getting feedback took forever, and I had no idea where my application stood. Honestly, the whole thing felt messy and wasn't a great experience.

Technical Coding Behavioral

Initially, I was considered for a QA role based on my overall performance. After doing well in the QA aptitude test, I was moved to the C++ Developer position. The next step was a 1.5-hour aptitude test covering Software Engineering concepts, math, Data Structures and Algorithms, and C/C++. This was followed by some fairly simple programming questions. From there, a group of us advanced to the on-site interviews. The first on-site round involved a written coding test with problems related to Linked Lists, Arrays, Strings, Trees, and file handling in C/C++. Following the coding test, face-to-face interviews began. The first was a technical interview focusing on Computer Fundamentals (Networking and OS), Data Structures, and general logic problems. Although it was scheduled for 60 minutes, it felt quite manageable. The second and final round was a combined HR and Technical interview, primarily focusing on my introduction, projects, and behavioral aspects. This round lasted for 30 minutes. They expect you to be very familiar with everything on your resume, so be mindful of what you include. The entire process is pretty straightforward and not too difficult; just concentrate on computer fundamentals, basic programming, and Data Structures.

It was pretty simple. You apply online or through LinkedIn, then do phone interview part 1, followed by phone interview part 2. Both phone calls were with two people from the team I was interested in. They were both pretty conversational and didn't put much pressure on me.
