I had a screening call first, then a 1-hour technical interview that focused on JavaScript, Angular, and Node.js basics. Even though I answered most of the questions correctly, they sent me a rejection email later that day and didn't give any specific reasons, which was a bummer.

I applied online and got a call from HR. Then I had a phone screen with basic technical questions. After that, I had to submit some source code to solve programming problems. Later, I talked to my future manager over the phone about my experience and what I'm interested in for the job. Then, I had two more phone screens with other developers, which were more technical, asking questions about things I should know. Finally, I had a 3-hour in-person interview with the whole team, with several 30-minute sessions. Two people asked some hard Java questions but gave me tips. I got an offer the next day. The work culture is the best I've experienced.

The interview process involves three main stages. First, your resume is screened through job portals like LinkedIn or Lever. If selected, you'll get an email to come to the office in Gurgaon for the next rounds. Second, there's an aptitude test with easy questions on a Google Form, taken under supervision. Finally, the main part is the F2F Interview, where they might ask about anything from your resume to their tech stack, including MERN, DSA, and SQL. The interview difficulty is usually easy to medium and lasts about 20-30 minutes.
