It was a really good experience, they communicated everything really well. I knew what to expect and when. Each person I spoke with asked direct questions and answered any questions I had. I got the offer when they said I would and all the follow up stuff was timely.

Behavioral Presentation Case

I went through several interviews, starting with a recruiter, then moving on to talk with the sales team and eventually the sales leadership. The final step involved a presentation based on a case study they gave me. The questions asked were pretty general and focused on my background, nothing too in-depth or difficult.

Behavioral

I was recommended for this role initially. First, I had two phone chats with people in similar positions. Then, I met a few people informally. After that, they invited me to fly to San Antonio for interviews, which Rackspace paid for. That's when things got more serious. I had about 4 hours of interviews back-to-back, mostly in 2-on-1 settings. It was heavily focused on behavioral questions, and they seemed really keen on finding someone who fits the Rackspace culture. You could really feel the passion and energy from everyone there, from the moment I arrived.
