There were two interviews, the first was a phone call and the second was in person. They were both good, general conversations. They didn't ask any technical questions, but focused more on how I work.

Behavioral Technical

It was a pretty typical sales interview. They asked me scenario questions about how I would react in a sales setting and how I deal with customers, basically anything related to sales and working with people. They also asked about how I handle working under time constraints or pressure.

Behavioral

I found this job on Craigslist. The office was pretty run-down, like a barn with no air circulation. It was really quiet. They didn't have a proper board room, and the lunchroom was super basic with an old coffee machine. It's a combined shop and head office. The managers seemed like they would micromanage.

The interview process involved a phone interview first, followed by an in-person meeting. It felt relaxed and friendly. A driver's license was a must-have for the job.
