First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rabo AgriFinance.
Auditor
I interviewed with multiple people. The whole process took about 2 to 3 weeks. They kept me updated the whole time. The questions were tough. They were really thorough to make sure they hired the right auditor.
- What are your career aspirations for the next five years?
- What is your greatest strength?
- Can you share some information about your hobbies?
Financial Analyst
There were 3 interviews total, talking to different analysts. They asked a mix of financial analysis and accounting questions. Also asked about my personal background, experience working with teams, and examples of when I've succeeded or failed.
- Can you tell me about your personal strengths and weaknesses?
- What is your financial background?
- Tell me about a time you failed.
Business Development
The interview process involved several stages, starting with a recruiter call, followed by a phone screen, and concluding with an onsite interview. During these stages, we discussed your goals, how you achieved them, your relevant past experience, conflict resolution skills, and how you differentiate yourself from competitors. We also touched upon your willingness to travel for trade shows.
- Are you open to traveling and attending trade shows?
Operations
The recruiter and staff were super professional and helpful. Some of the interviews felt a bit brief, but since I'm invited back for a second interview, I'm excited for more in-depth discussions. I'm really impressed by their cultural practices and am keen to see if they genuinely live up to them organizationally.
- No tough questions so far, just the usual ones.
