I applied at a job fair, and the recruiter called me more than 3 weeks later. They asked me some technical questions, but they were strange, like how to store playing cards by designing classes and how to extract phone numbers from text files, also by designing classes. I found it weird that the interviewer wanted complex solutions for simple problems, making them complicated when a few lines of code would suffice. The interview was only about 10 minutes, and the interviewer didn't seem very interested in me. The questions themselves were okay, but the expected answers were really unusual.

HR reached out about the position, and I had a phone chat with both HR and the hiring manager. After that, I met with a group of four people. The whole process was managed really well, and they kept me updated the whole time. They even sent out a survey to get feedback on how they handled it. Honestly, it was one of the most respectful interview processes I've been through. The people were great.

I had a phone interview with HR, then a Zoom interview with the functional manager. After that, there were 3 more Zoom interviews with other department/functional managers and senior employees I would be working with. Finally, I had one last interview with the functional manager, followed by a reference check.

So first, there was a phone interview with the Engineering VP. Then, I had an onsite interview which included a chat with HR where we talked about behavioral stuff and company benefits. After that, I interviewed with the VP, and then with some senior mechanical engineers. They also gave me a CAD test to do.
