The whole thing took about 2–3 weeks. It had a phone screen, a virtual interview, an in-person interview, and then a quick 10-minute chat with a senior recruiter. There was also a required assignment to do. It was pretty time-consuming and draining. After finishing four rounds and turning in the assignment, I got zero feedback and not even a quick thank you note. It was really unprofessional to be ghosted after putting in so much work. Honestly, I'd suggest avoiding this place.

I applied through LinkedIn and Darren was super professional and welcoming from the start. We had an initial video call to discuss the company and the role. Then, I had an in-person interview. After that, I got an assessment via email to show my skills, which Darren scheduled at a time that was convenient for me. Darren was great throughout the whole process, always available if I needed anything. Job searching is never fun, but interviewing with R2Net was actually enjoyable! :)

So I first had a phone screen with someone, standard questions. They said I'd hear back in a week or two, but I actually heard back the next business day for an in-person interview. The whole thing took over two hours, partly waiting time, but still felt long. The first part was with the same person from the phone screen, mainly general stuff and resume questions. Then another woman went deeper, but was nice. The last person was the COO, and he really grilled me with made-up operations scenarios. He was nice and talked it through, but it was tough. I apparently did well and got an offer on the spot, but the pay wasn't enough for Manhattan and I'd have to relocate.

I connected with Darren on LinkedIn and then had a Zoom call with him soon after. He was warm and professional, bringing energy and direction. The rest of the interview process, both in-person and virtual, was organized and efficient. Darren's hand-offs to other interviewers were smooth. The questions were thoughtful and relevant. I was impressed by the interviewers' knowledge and expertise; they seemed invested in finding the best candidate. Each of my three interviewers provided detailed company and role information and were interested in my experience. I felt excited about the prospect of working with such a talented team.
