A recruiter reached out. I had a phone screen, then a video interview not long after. The interviews with the hiring managers were chill. Just standard questions. I figured I didn't get it because they didn't ask much about my experience, mostly about what they do. A few days later, the recruiter emailed to ask about my availability for a call to discuss the interview and next steps. I told them my availability, and we set up a call a few days later. The call was to tell me I didn't get the job... they could have just emailed me. I had to step out for my break for this totally unnecessary call.

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter a few days later. I also had to do a personality test. Then, I interviewed with the manager. It was pretty easy, mostly about my past jobs and why I wanted to switch careers. The whole thing took about an hour. The manager explained the company and the role. I met some staff briefly afterward. The manager said he'd let me know in a few days, but I never heard back. I contacted the recruiter and they said I'd be notified soon, but again, nothing. Reading reviews, it seems this poor communication is common here.

I first got contacted by an HR person in a different location, and we talked about my goals and what the position entailed. After that, I had an interview with the branch manager. It was a bit awkward, to be honest. He didn't seem to have many typical interview questions. It was mostly 'tell me about yourself' and similar things. He also went into more detail about the position, which honestly sounded overwhelming and kind of boring the way he explained it. Then I spoke with a 'pod leader' about pretty much the same kinds of things.

I had a phone interview, then an online test, followed by an in-person interview where I shadowed someone for an hour. I was told I got the job after the one-on-one interview and after the shadowing, and we even talked about where I'd sit and my start date of April 9th. The Friday before I was supposed to start, I followed up since I hadn't gotten any paperwork and they told me they were going in a different direction and I wasn't hired. It was unprofessional to tell me I was hired and then take it back, especially waiting until right before I was supposed to start. I wouldn't recommend this employer.
