Senior Manager
My interview for the Senior Manager role involved an initial chat with HR/recruitment, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and the Head of the department. They also asked to see samples of my previous work. The whole thing lasted about 2 hours and 30 minutes and was quite intense and tiring.
- What motivates your interest in joining R1?

Interviews were easy to get through, and the interviewers were friendly. If you show you know your stuff and want to learn and grow, you have a good shot at getting hired. Being honest is really important. If there are areas where you can improve, be open about them.
