The process involved three rounds. HRs were friendly. After finishing the induction, candidates were referred to the respective managers. Depending on the project, you might get work right away or have to wait a month or two doing nothing.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

My interview for the Senior Manager role involved an initial chat with HR/recruitment, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and the Head of the department. They also asked to see samples of my previous work. The whole thing lasted about 2 hours and 30 minutes and was quite intense and tiring.
