The interview process involved an initial call from a recruiter in India. Following that, there was an in-person interview at the job site, and also a virtual interview. The interviews weren't very long but included standard questions. The overall process was smooth, and I would recommend it.

The interview process was okay and pretty efficient. They made it clear they don't want you to use honorifics like 'sir'. It was a standard interview, not scary at all. The main thing is you gotta have really good English to impress them.

I spoke with the recruiter first and it seemed to go well, especially since I have 20+ years in customer service. After some trouble with scheduling, I finally interviewed with the hiring manager. They mentioned they needed to hire someone quickly. That interview also went very well, again, thanks to my extensive customer service background. I was told I'd hear back the next week, but I never did. The recruiter actually got back to me over a month later asking if I was still interested in the role. The whole process felt disorganized, unprofessional, and didn't represent the company well.
