It was a WhatsApp video call, quite unprofessional, with the interviewer not showing their camera. You have to answer questions while looking at a black screen. There were 3 rounds in total. The first two were very informal. I didn't proceed to the third because of my location, which was strange since it's a work-from-home role. They also don't inform you if you've been selected; you have to ask. It felt very casual, and I suspect if your location is suitable, selection is easy as the questions are likely pre-shared.

Behavioral

I was first reached out to by a recruiter on LinkedIn. We then moved to email to discuss things and I sent over my resume. The recruiter said they'd set up an initial phone interview, but then they rescheduled it right before it was supposed to happen. The first call with the recruiter felt really basic, like just a quick screen. They said they'd quickly set up a call with the hiring manager. Then, nothing for a week. I followed up, and the recruiter said the hiring manager wasn't getting back to them. Later, a time was set for the hiring manager to call, but they never did. I waited for about 30 minutes, but no call or email. It felt disorganized and like they didn't respect my time, so I withdrew my application. The recruiter didn't even try to convince me to stay. It made me wonder if I was ever really considered a candidate, as it lacked structure and seemed uncaring about my time.
