Analyst
First, HR screening for introduction, resume review, and basic fit. Then, an assessment, which is role-based, covering aptitude, communication, typing, and domain knowledge. After that, a technical or domain round focusing on RCM knowledge and role-specific questions. Followed by a manager round with scenario-based questions and work handling discussions. Finally, an offer and background check.

The overall interview was good when I joined the company and they did not ask too many questions. So the interview process was very good as per 1) Group Discussion 2) HR round 3) Voice Check.
- Can you tell me three reasons why you believe you should be hired for this role?
Analyst
I was contacted by a recruiter named Irene Wils. I noticed on the job description that this position required 1 week paid training on-site in Atlanta, GA. I emailed Irene to ask if this was mandatory or if out-of-state candidates could complete the training remotely. She replied stating that it was mandatory and asked if I wanted her to cancel our meeting. I then noticed I applied for another position (Revenue Cycle Analyst) with similar pay and duties. I let her know I applied for this position and asked if we could keep our interview to discuss the other position. She immediately said she's not recruiting for the other position and that there are 30+ recruiters at R1, cancelled our interview, and told me "Good luck!". I then replied that it was a bit much to expect a candidate to pay out-of-pocket travel expenses, room and board for a company that makes on-site training mandatory. She then replied that R1 does pay for everything, which was excluded from the job description and she failed to inform me until after she cancelled everything. She seemed eager to cancel the interview even after the initial email. I expected her to be more helpful and perhaps send my application to the corresponding recruiter, but no. What a disappointing experience with such a careless recruiter!!!
- Will you travel for the training?
