Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at R Systems.
Technical Architect
Had the first face-to-face interview at their office in Noida. HR gave positive feedback, mentioning a client round next. However, the client interview never happened. I followed up, and the HR person was quite rude, claiming no knowledge of the next steps. It's frustrating when companies conduct interviews without a clear hiring intention; their behavior was very unprofessional.
- How would you simulate a static variable within unit tests?
Technical Architect
The interview was pretty easy, but the interviewer seemed rushed and eager to show off his knowledge. He had less than 7 years of experience and was interviewing someone with over 12 years, which probably explains the hurry. The company should really train their interviewers on how to conduct interviews properly.
- Could you explain what ELB is?
- What are SAGA Patterns?
Technical Architect
It was a two-round process. The first was purely technical, focusing on my past projects and the technologies I've used. The second round combined technical and managerial aspects. After that, I discussed salary with HR, and they extended an offer. The onboarding was straightforward.
- Can you discuss design patterns and microservice architecture?
