Research Manager
I applied online and then a really nice recruiter called me for some basic questions about my background and if I was interested. She then arranged another phone call with the hiring manager. That call was about 30 minutes and focused on getting specific examples of my experience related to the job's requirements. A few hours later, I got a call asking if I could come to Las Vegas for an in-person meeting with the team. We met at a restaurant across the street from the agency and there were 4 people there. It was pretty relaxed and I got to ask them about the agency, the team, and the job. After that, I met with the HR manager at the office who asked me about cultural fit. I got an offer call that same evening. The whole process from applying to getting the offer took about a week, and I felt really good about it throughout.
- Can you name three brands you believe are excelling in advertising, and three that are not?
Creative Services
A recruiter from R&R reached out about a Creative Services job, and I applied. The time between applying and getting a phone screen invite was fast, under a week. I also had to take a personality test. The phone screen was unusual; it was the shortest I've had and didn't lead to any further interviews. They didn't even ask about my portfolio, just two basic questions. It seems like R&R wasn't impressed with my answers to the personality test or the phone screen, as they stopped communicating after that. I found out the position was filled about a month later by checking my application status. While R&R seems like a good company to work for, the interview process was definitely strange.

Talent Acquisition Specialist
Applied online and then a recruiter reached out to set up a screening call. It was a quick call to chat about my resume and the role details. She then scheduled me for an interview with the Senior Recruiting Manager later that week. We had a really nice chat where I learned more about the company and its culture. I got an offer about a week after that. It was a really good, quick process!
- What's making you look for a new role?
- What about R&R appeals to you?
- Can you walk me through your experience?
Graphic Designer
A few days after I sent my resume to the Creative Director in Phoenix, they called me to schedule an in-person interview. The interview itself was pretty standard; both Creative Directors wanted to get to know me and I showed them my portfolio. Later that day, I got a link to a personality survey, which I finished. Two days later, HR contacted me from their Las Vegas office with an offer, which I took right away.
- Could you tell me about an ad campaign from the last year that stood out to you and explain why you found it effective or memorable?
