In the face to face interview, they check your confidence and how you react. Whether you are right or wrong is not the main focus, you just need to answer with what you know. Having self-confidence is a must.
- What is your understanding of sales?
Inside Sales Representative
It started with a phone call to let you know you have an interview. Then, you go through one to three panel interviews where each person asks their own questions. These interviewers included the local manager, the district manager, and one of the top local sales employees. After that, there was another interview with the local manager, who would then extend a job offer and discuss compensation.
- Could you describe your strengths and weaknesses?
- What prompted your departure from your previous role?
- How would you handle a situation with a customer...?
Sales Representative
I had a really good interview experience. I spoke with three senior managers and also some people from the service team. They wanted to hear about the accounts I had good connections with. The whole thing moved pretty quickly.
