Had two phone interviews on the same day, basically to check if I knew anything and if I was qualified. The next day I had an in-person interview that was more detailed but pretty much the same thing. Then I waited two weeks to hear anything, after which I had a third interview with someone from Morgan Stanley. Another two weeks went by with no word, so I finally reached out and got a canned rejection email. HR was impossible to get a hold of, never answering or calling back. Definitely not a good way to treat people interviewing.

I was contacted by HR via a job portal. Upon arriving at the office, there was a significant wait for the interview because the team was new and the team lead, who was also the interviewer, was occupied. The interview began with a general 'tell me about yourself' and a discussion on my suitability for the role. I was then given an assignment, which determined the next steps. They were pleased with the assignment and invited me for a final round, which was mainly for personal details, and I was told I was selected. However, HR later informed me that the offer was on hold because the project's client needed to interview me. So, a third interview was conducted at their office, this time via phone. The client, based in the US, explained the project and their expectations. They seemed satisfied and mentioned that someone from RRD would handle the subsequent process. After a while, I contacted HR and was told there was no offer as the client wasn't satisfied with my profile. No feedback was given.
- The questions were straightforward as they all fell within my area of expertise.

It was a campus placement after B.COM. We had a written exam covering logical reasoning, general knowledge, analytical skills, and English. Then, there was a technical interview with managers (a panel of two) where they asked about my interests, basic accounting principles, ratio analysis, and different industry sectors. Finally, there was an HR interview to explain the company's pay structure and policies.
- Can you solve this case study?
