The hiring process is quite unprofessional, leading to ghosting without closure. Despite being pressured for urgent interviews and exams on the same day, there's no follow-up. The offer is also low, and it requires coming to the office five times a week.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had an online meeting with the company. There was an HR rep, the Project Manager supervisor, and a psychologist. They asked me to talk about myself, why I'd be good for the role, my past PM experience, and a time a project failed. They also asked some psychology questions: what animal I'd be and why, and a question about how many times the clock hands match in a day.
