I attended a face-to-face interview, traveling 150km for it. I cleared all the rounds and submitted the documents for the offer letter. However, the offer letter was delayed for over 45 days, with no clear answers provided. I was even asked to not look for other opportunities as they really needed me. But just before my last working day, they informed me that the role was not approved by management. It's frustrating that they wasted my time and made false commitments without prior approval. This was a bad experience. My suggestion to anyone looking for opportunities at RRD is to have a backup offer.

The whole process was super professional and organized. The recruiter was really helpful, and the company felt very put-together. It was a memorable experience. They were patient with me, and the offer they made was fair and open to discussion.

This was a one-day campus interview, targeting production and industrial engineers. The first round was an aptitude assessment covering general aptitude and verbal questions. The second round was a leaderless group discussion with 15 people, involving a case study. We had 20 minutes to prepare and 30 minutes for the discussion. The third round was a personal interview with a panel of 5 people. They asked general questions about my resume, and I mostly discussed my extracurriculars and ongoing projects. There were also general HR questions.
