Behavioral Technical

The interview was relaxed and informal. Two managers asked about my previous experience in managing work and staff. I would be in a lead role. They were good about explaining that full training was included and not to worry about knowing their processes. I think they were looking for good communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. The work environment would be relaxed, but the work itself would require extreme accuracy. Advise - just be yourself.

Behavioral Technical Other

It started with a phone call, then an online Teams meeting with two team members. Unfortunately, both interviewers had tech issues that really messed up the interview. One interviewer disconnected for like 5-10 minutes, and the other had really bad internet so their audio was choppy and it was hard to understand them. One of them made a sort of rude comment about my diverse background, maybe assuming because I'm Gen X I've had a lot of different jobs in the field. It makes you wonder if they're biased against older folks or people who started in trades for tech roles here.

Behavioral Technical Presentation Case

It's a very corporate environment, with cubicles, quite impersonal and soulless, though some might like that. Expect questions about project types, technical skills, volume managed, your work process, and how you communicate with clients and vendors. You'll also need to present a case study and talk about handling pressure and time management. Be ready for job-related questions, and discuss your strengths and weaknesses, especially how a weakness could be seen as a strength.
