I had a telephonic interview, then a panel interview with the tech lead, manager, and director. There were 2 rounds of technical interviews, then an HR interview and negotiation. After that, they sent an offer letter, and there was a drug test and background check. They also mentioned sponsoring visas for foreign employees.
