Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at R.R. Donnelley.
Associate
It was a standard three round process with three different interviews. Overall it was a positive one, people interviewing were friendly and it was low pressure. It was done virtually. Simple enough, nothing too crazy or over the top. Yeah, that’s about all there is to say on that topic.
- Can you tell us about yourself?
- Can you tell us about your past experience?
Process Associate
The interview process included an Aptitude Test and an Interview. The Aptitude Test mainly checks your English Proficiency and Reasoning Abilities. The Interview is about reading your mind and how you respond to the questions. This role is suitable for those who want to build a career in the BPO/Customer-Client Query Resolution Field. RRD is a Fortune 500 Company.
- What are your thoughts on the nature of this job?
- What is your current location?
- Would relocating to the job location be convenient for you?
Process Associate
The interview process was pretty average, with simple questions about you and your family. If you have prior work experience, they'll inquire about your responsibilities and your experience certificate. If you don't have one, it's best to be prepared to explain why if asked.
- Why didn't you obtain an experience certificate from a past employer?
