I met with the manager and catering manager, and they were both great to work with. It was a pretty basic interview with standard questions like why you think you should be hired, what experience you have, and details about your past work history, including where and when you worked and who your boss was. It was a really nice, straightforward process. Just be honest and remember to bring a paper resume.

The interview was short and sweet. I sat down with someone in the back of the restaurant. We chatted about my background, where I'm from, and my interest in working there and in the restaurant industry. I ended up not accepting the job offer because the pay was less than what was advertised on Indeed when I applied.

The interview was very professional and welcoming. Every question was very direct and job specific. I personally believe this offers insights of an individual and provides an inclination of whether or not an applicant will compliment the progression of a business or hinder it.
