First there was a screening interview, then two virtual 'superday' interviews. In these, two employees interviewed me at the same time, then I switched to the second set. This made it quick and easy to prep for compared to the usual 3-4 months with other companies.

I was asked to come in at a time that I said I couldn't do initially because of work but I ended up taking a half day off because the job seemed interesting. After meeting with their HR person, I was told to wait for the people in Finance. After waiting about five minutes, the HR person came to me and said that there was a meeting they just had to attend and asked if we could reschedule. As unprofessional as this was, things happen, so I said sure and she told me they'd contact me by the end of the week. It's been over a month since then and after a lot of phone calls and emails, I still have no idea what's going on. I decided to withdraw my name because if you're going to treat an interviewee like this, how are you going to treat me as an employee?

First off was a phone chat with HR. They asked me some basic questions and I got to ask them anything I wanted. The HR person made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. She mentioned that she'd send her notes to the hiring manager for their review after we spoke. I'm now waiting to hear back.
