First round is a self introduction and second round is technical. Once all formalities are passed, an employee will be recruited. There's a 6 months probation period and the notice period is 60 days.

I spoke with a manager who asked me about my past work, my education, and previous roles. They also asked about my hobbies and family. We discussed my previous and current salary. I had to explain my reasons for seeking a new job and my connection to the company.

I had a 1:1 interview with the manager in a meeting room. The questions were pretty easy to answer. They asked about my strengths and weaknesses, my past working experience, the most difficult challenge I had and how I overcame it, and how I handle tricky customers.

I was first contacted by phone for general information and then asked a few questions. They said they'd call again if I passed the first interview. Three days later, I got another call for the second round where I was interviewed again. It took about 3 weeks from applying to get hired.
