First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at R.H. White Construction Co.
Project Engineer
I first met a manager at a career fair and chatted about my background and what they were looking for. Then I followed up with an email and applied online. I had an in-person interview and a tour of the facility. I got an offer soon after.
- Tell me about your experience related to the projects you'd be working on.
Associate Product Manager
The interview was laid-back and felt like a chat. They asked good questions and I got to ask mine. They seemed to be trying to get a sense of who I am. It was a really good experience, and they even gave me feedback after hiring me.
- Can you walk me through your background and experience?
- What are your passions?
- What are you hoping to learn in this role?
Project Manager
It was pretty straightforward. Just one interview with two managers and an HR person. They asked about my background, nothing too wild. They let me ask all the questions I wanted, and they answered them right there, truthfully. Years later, their answers still seem accurate.
- In what ways did working in a diverse environment improve the final product and your personal experience?
Laborer/Operator
The interview had 3 people present. It was a pretty chill conversation, but some of what they said about the company wasn't really true.
- What were your career aspirations within this industry?
