The interview process was about four hours long. It had back-to-back 30-minute interviews with different team members. A lot of the questions covered similar themes, just phrased differently. I found it difficult mainly because of the length and having to stay engaged and say the same things over and over.

The interview process was very detailed, with multiple interviews and several tests, mostly related to personality. They seem to have a strong, family-like culture and a good approach to retaining employees, as many have been there for a long time.

The interview process was pretty long. It kicked off with a couple of phone calls, then a personality assessment and a Wonderlic test. After that, there was a 4-hour in-person interview session from 8 AM to 12 PM, which included lunch. During this time, I met with 8 different people, with two interviewing me for an hour at a time. A lot of the same information had to be repeated to different groups, which felt redundant and kind of boring.

You'll meet with about 5-10 people from the company, maybe in person or on Teams. Each meeting will last around 30 minutes, and sometimes you'll meet with two people at once.
