It was an online interview where we joined and talked. We discussed the technology stack, my development background, and the company's future plans. We also talked about what I can get from the company and what I can give to it. And the current project the company is doing.

It was pretty standard interview stuff. They asked me about why I want to work there, why I'm leaving my current job, what skills and certifications I have, and what I'd bring to the company.

I reached out to the Regional manager on 8/3/14 about a position a friend told me about. The recruiter then called me for a phone interview. Later that day, she emailed me saying she was too busy and we needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for the next day. After my interview with the recruiter, she said she'd pass my info to the Regional for a follow-up and thought I was a good fit. A week later, I followed up with the Regional since I hadn't heard back. He said he'd given my info to his boss. After a month of following up with the Regional, I emailed his boss directly on Friday 9/12/14, expressing my interest and desire to speak with her. She replied immediately, saying she knew nothing about me and asked for my resume. As of Tuesday 9/16/14, I finally got a generic rejection email.
