My interview with QXO was great from the beginning to the end. The whole process was structured and clear, and it felt like they really respected my time and experience. I want to give a special shout-out to Nimesh, the recruiter who first contacted me and helped me along the way. He was super professional, showed great leadership, and genuinely seemed to care throughout. He made sure everything was clear and timely, from setting up interviews to telling me what to expect. What was really cool was how much I learned during the process. The chats were meaningful, the interviewers were ready, and the whole thing showed how well the company works together and its leadership. It’s clear QXO cares about hiring carefully and making the candidate experience positive, respectful, and engaging. Even after I got the offer, Nimesh kept in touch, answered my questions, and made sure the transition was smooth. That kind of follow-through really shows the company's leadership style and dedication to doing things well. Overall, QXO really lives its leadership principles and focuses on making the candidate's journey better. It was a really good experience.

My overall experience with the interview process at QXO was very positive. The process was smooth, well organized, and clearly communicated at each step. Lisa Santucci, Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, was especially pleasant to work with. She was professional, responsive, and made the experience feel welcoming and comfortable. I appreciated the transparency and support throughout the process.

The HR and RVP made the interview process quite easy. Standard protocols, but they kept it straightforward and honest. I was surprised and humbled by their kindness and easy approach. Very happy with their correspondence with all areas of internal and external questioning.

Coding Behavioral

I applied through LinkedIn and a recruiter reached out. We had a good chat where they explained the role and the interview process, which included an initial coding interview followed by onsite rounds. The coding round was 60 minutes, involving a Leetcode easy problem. I managed to complete it, did a dry run, and answered questions about my past work. It seemed like the interviewer was happy, as they ended the interview 15 minutes early. A few days later, I got an automatic rejection without any feedback. I tried to follow up with the recruiter, but got no response. It felt a bit strange, almost like the role wasn't real, especially with the lack of feedback, asking for an LC easy for a Staff role, and unclear expectations about responsibilities or the product/software from anyone. I was really looking forward to this position, and some feedback or a cool-off period would have been appreciated.
