The onboarding process is super easy and quick, taking about 10-15 minutes to input your skills, attire preferences, and job interests. For roles like barista, bartender, server, or banquet captain, you'll be directed to a virtual interview that you can schedule whenever works for you. There are usually immediate openings for interviews, about 30 minutes apart, so you won't have to wait long, but you also don't have to do it right away. When it's time, you just log into the app for the video call, and an interviewer will join for a brief chat. They'll ask around 5-7 questions about your certifications, work history, experience, and some basic knowledge relevant to the job.

This is a complete scam. They are only a staffing company. It was a waste of 3 days messing with them and getting re-certified for F&B and Alcohol. The 'orientation' was unprofessional and a horrible interview. They were rude and didn't even want to hear about my banquet and private party experience, which is what they advertised for.

The interview process was awful and quick. They didn’t ask much about my experience and didn’t seem to care. I was initially excited to work for them, but after finding out how awful they are, I’m glad I don’t now. It was a total joke.
