Customer Success Manager
There were a lot of interviews with the current employees. The recruiter kept contacting me at weird and late times to try and speed things up, but then after months of talking, they just ghosted me. Super unprofessional.
- Could you tell me about your relevant experience for this position?
- What's your earliest availability to start?
Software Developer
The interview process was great and straightforward. It included four interviews with Senior Management and Owners, and one group interview with the Dev Team. They also do their due diligence, checking references and background, which was also pretty straightforward.
- Can you tell me about your technical experience?
- Could you describe your educational background?
- Please discuss your previous employment history.
Solutions Consultant
After initial phone calls with the recruiter and the EVP of Sales, I interviewed with a panel of 4 members of the Executive Board. They were looking for someone who could create their own success and fit the company culture. They emphasized the need for direct, actionable answers rather than vague statements, as they value self-motivation, the ability to execute, and a proactive approach. They want to see that you can justify their investment in your future and that you've thoroughly researched the company beforehand.
- Tell me about your professional experience and processes.
- Describe your experience with professional background and processes.
Software Developer
The entire interview was conducted in one day. It included a technical skills assessment, which had both oral and written components, and a personality interview.
- Do you think you are deserving of this role?
