Quality Assurance Engineer
the interview process was very straightforward. the QA team lead told me what the role was and what she expected from me on a day to day basis. what i liked most about the interview process was when i was hired, the job description was exactly what we talked about in the interview. no bait and switch here like my last job where it was 60% honey dos and low level tasks and 30% QA.

Applications Programmer
I went through two interviews and a basic entry programming skills exam. The exam was given before the interviews, which was a good thing. The interviews were friendly and informative. They described the type of work and the expected hours. They also mentioned that although we work in teams, much of the coding would be done individually and then reviewed by a Senior Programmer. I liked this approach because in past jobs with team programming, one person often did more work than others.
- Can you tell us about your coding skills?
- What are your thoughts on working independently on code and having it reviewed by a senior programmer?
- What are the expected working hours for this role?
Sales Manager
The sales executive I spoke with was really pleasant and knew a ton about the company. He was really keen to know about my previous sales experience and also shared a lot about the company, highlighting how technical the sales roles were. He was upfront that this wasn't a role for just anyone, but those who put in the effort were the ones who typically did well.
- Were you ever arrested?
Technical Support
The interview process was pretty chill. They really need people in customer support, so they don't do much screening. It was just a casual one-on-one chat with the Technical Support Manager where he asked relaxed, get-to-know-you type questions.
- Can you describe your previous work experiences?
- Tell me about your background.
