First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quiznos.
Cashier
It was a nice and professional interview. It's a shame Quiznos is failing. The corporate side made bad choices, but the local store owners were great and the food is good.
- How would you deal with a challenging customer?
Shift Lead
It's a fun workplace with a fast pace and great staff. There's plenty of work to do. The lunch rushes are the most challenging part. I really enjoyed working here because of the many regular customers. The menu is large and has a lot to remember. Employee food discounts are great.
- Can you discuss your previous employment experiences?
- What days and times are you available to work?
Sandwich Artist
The interview was pretty casual, just me and the store manager. A friend who worked there put in a good word for me. Since I already had customer service experience at a restaurant, I seemed like a good fit right away. They asked me typical questions for a position like this and I gave them my availability. They were really flexible with my school schedule and seemed happy to teach me anything I didn't know how to do.
- Do you have prior experience in food preparation?
Paralegal
The interview process felt easy and conversational. The questions they asked were relevant to the position and aligned with the job description and the actual role. My interviewer seemed prepared and genuinely interested in what I had to say. I heard back for an interview very quickly after submitting my resume.
- Could you tell me about the projects you've been involved with?
- What aspects of your profession do you find most enjoyable?
- Can you share the biggest challenge you encountered in your previous role?
