Had an intro call with the recruiter and then one interview with the client. Both were pretty easy and direct, with only a few technical questions, though it's probably different for more technical jobs. The recruiter kept in touch and gave updates.

I had a 30 minute initial chat with the recruiter. It was the usual stuff you get in a recruiter screen. The recruiter was fast and communicative during the whole thing. They were helpful and upfront, even letting me know why they went with someone else (they had more experience in one specific thing). It's uncommon that I don't get past this first step, but I still thought it went well.

I applied for the position on LinkedIn and got a call from HR. They conducted an interview and scheduled a follow-up, but then they ghosted me via email. The HR person who interviewed me left, and the substitute HR also didn't reply to my emails about the meeting link or anything else. It was super unprofessional and shows how the company operates – disrespectful to candidates.

I got a message from the recruiter after applying, then had a first round technical interview with a lead. They asked good software development questions and gave feedback. Next, I interviewed with the hiring manager to talk about the role and my experience. I turned down the offer but it was a nice experience.
