Digital Marketing Specialist
My recruitment experience at Quinyx was quite disappointing. While communication was great and I got positive feedback at all stages, even after my final case presentation, I ended up with no closure. I followed up and was told someone would reply, but I never heard back. For a company Quinyx's size with an HR team, not sending a rejection message is unprofessional and disrespectful to candidates. Clear communication is basic, and candidates should get feedback or at least an update. It left a bad impression, which is a shame because the process started out so promising.

Digital Marketing Manager
Got an invite for an interview, scheduled 3 weeks out. Kind of weird, so I emailed to double-check the date, but got no response. The interview was rescheduled, again, no reply to my email. No biggie, I researched the company and prepped for the interview, noting the new date. When I tried to join at the right time, the provided link didn't work. I emailed - no reply. Then, an automatic cancellation email arrived. I emailed again asking if they wanted to reschedule, but still no reply. Honestly, it really put me off the company, especially after all the research I did.

Business Development Representative
The interview process was pretty fast, with only 2 rounds. But the communication from management at the end was terrible. I made it all the way to the final round and was told I'd hear back by the next Monday. I didn't hear anything for a whole month, and then I just got a generic email saying they'd gone with other people. I guess that's how it goes, but waiting a month is way too long in my opinion.

Sales Engineer
Before officially starting the interview process, I had a few phone calls to understand the company's values, my daily responsibilities, and growth opportunities. Once I formally entered the process, I discussed my career goals with the hiring manager and then delivered a presentation about Workforce Management, using the Quinyx website as a resource.
