Clinical Research Associate
After my profile was accepted, I had a phone interview before coming on-site. The interview was pleasant and supportive. It lasted about 1 hour on-site.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
DSA II
First, there are written tests, and then different rounds of interviews will be conducted to study your aptitude and problem-solving abilities. Your communication skills, subject knowledge, patience, and interest in the job will be assessed.
- What do you expect in the future
Project Manager
It was a very detailed and comprehensive process. There were multiple layers, including at least 3 levels of managers. The complexity varied depending on the department, and it was very much oriented towards finance management. Overall, it was an interesting experience compared to other CRO companies.
- Can you provide examples of typical project management cases that assess your experience?
Clinical Research Associate I
The people interviewing were knowledgeable and seemed to have good intentions. The interview itself was pretty straightforward and covered a range of critical thinking questions related to different clinical aspects such as IMPs, site management, handling PIs and sites, escalating issues, and communicating with colleagues.
