Event Manager
The interview was a 30-minute video call where we discussed my background and the interviewer shared details about the position. I thought things were going well, so I was surprised when it ended right on time. It made me wonder how I was being evaluated. I sent a thank-you email afterward but didn't hear back, which was a bit disappointing given how busy hiring can be. My experience seemed to confirm some negative reviews I'd seen about the company before the interview.

Senior Tax Analyst
The interview process was super chill and conversational. I chatted with the hiring manager on day one, and then on day two, I talked with the CFO and one of Quint’s VPs. They made me an offer the very next Monday.
- What's your understanding of our company?
- How do you envision your career path over the next 3-5 years?
Manager
The application process was quick with calls and meetings scheduled fast. They spent more time discussing the company and the role than asking actual interview questions. It felt like they were selling me the job, and I had to try and show my skills through conversation. After waiting over a week, I found out I didn't get the job but they asked me to stay in touch for future roles. I asked for feedback to help with future applications, but they ignored me. It's disappointing because they seemed like a great company with nice people, but the experience makes me think they are disorganized, overworked, and treat candidates like numbers.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
UI/UX Designer
I applied online and two days later I was asked to complete the Predictive Index Assessment. A few weeks later, I was given a phone call and I had a phone screen with a member of HR. The phone screen was very relaxed in my opinion. Essentially going over the bases of the job, a little bit about my Predictive Index Assessment, nothing major. About a week or two after that phone screening, I was invited to have an interview with several employees from QuintEvents. My interview was to be done through Skype since I was an out of state applicant, however, when it came time for the interview, due to technical difficulties on their end, it ended up being another phone interview. I spoke with I believe 3 (maybe 4?) people in total ranging from an HR person to someone with a similar position to the VP of Marketing who is the person I would ultimately be reporting to. The interview went really well and I had a positive experience overall. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and the questions were standard and easy to answer. I didn't feel like they were trying to trip me up at all. At the end of the interview, I was informed that they were making a decision within the week and that they were interviewing several other people for the same job. Ultimately, I did not receive a job offer.
- How do you manage working on several projects concurrently?
