First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Quinn Company.
Low Bed Driver
The interview was great. We talked about the company and job duties. It was a good discussion about growing my career with the company.
- What contributions can you make to the company if hired?
Accounts Payable
The interview process was very straightforward and relaxed. The Controller's main goal is to confirm the candidate's ability to perform the job accurately and quickly. A key aspect of this role involves a lot of phone communication.
- Do you feel comfortable spending a considerable amount of time on the phone?
Executive Assistant
The interview process was quite lengthy. It started with a recruiter/phone interview, then an in-person interview, and I returned for a second in-person interview, meeting with two people. I felt the interview went well, but seeing that they have reposted this job at least 4 times in 6 months since my interview, I feel like I may have dodged a bullet.
- How much bookkeeping experience do you have?
Payroll Administrator
I interviewed with the manager and the recruiter. It was a pretty standard interview with normal questions. I emailed the manager after to follow up. I waited for about a month, but neither the recruiter nor the manager ever got back to me with an update on the position. It would be nice if companies could at least update applicants on their status to respect our time.
- Can you describe your role and your professional background?
