The hiring process was very slow with a lack of follow-up. I spoke to different people, which got confusing. The school wasn't flexible in arranging interviews at times when I wouldn't have to miss work. Additionally, I had to interview with the President, who put me on the defensive, and I had to wait an hour to start that interview.
