First, you'll take a math test on the computer, which takes about 15-30 minutes depending on your skills. If you pass that, you'll have your first interview. Then there's a 4-hour orientation and two weeks of on-the-job training. The training and orientation are paid.

I had a terrible interview experience that ultimately wasn't worth it. They made me drive 30 minutes away from the actual store I was applying to, to a company HQ. When I got there, I had to complete a questionnaire on the computer before my face-to-face interview. After the interview, the lady said QT would contact me in the coming weeks, but I never heard back, not even to say they hired someone else. Just complete silence.

I applied online and got a call a few days later to come to the corporate office for a math test and maybe an interview. When I got there, I watched a short video and took a quick math test. The math test was pretty easy, but it's good to review basic money calculations first. After the test, I waited in the lobby for about 5 minutes before going into a room for a one-on-one chat. The questions were standard, but knowing QT would be helpful. The whole thing took around 45 minutes, and they offered me the job right away. I'm starting orientation soon and then training. It was a really nice process, and I think QT will be a great place to work.
