It was a complete waste of my time. I interviewed twice and never got a call back or email. It’s been over 10 months since I’ve applied and I’ve heard nothing back. When I tried to call they kept hanging up on me . Which I didn’t understand because I had such a great interview.

I applied online and received a call about a week later. Then, I was set up for a math test with about 20-30 questions. It covered basic math but on a larger scale. It might seem intimidating initially, but if you've counted cash or worked in a cash office, you should be fine. Just review your basic math skills, including 4-digit addition, subtraction, multiplication, word problems, and decimals. I finished the test in about 20 minutes and then they scheduled me for an interview. My interviewer was energetic and friendly, which helped calm my nerves. They asked straightforward questions about my past experience and how I've managed specific supervisory situations. Reflect on your previous achievements and answer to the best of your ability. Be positive and confident, showing that you're ready for the demanding work while prioritizing customer service. Fast and friendly service is key at QT. They aim to hire top talent, so be sure to convey this in your attitude and presentation.

I applied online for an Assistant Manager job on a Friday night and got a call the next day to schedule an interview for Monday afternoon. When I got there early, I filled out some paperwork. Just so you know, this job requires weekend work, 46 hours a week, with 6 hours of overtime. I have manager experience and have worked weekends and long hours before, so it's fine with me. QT only hires a small percentage of management candidates, so be aware of the weekend and travel requirements, as they're strict. It might not be ideal for a growing family due to scheduling inflexibility. There was a 20-question math test without a calculator, covering basic math. After submitting the paperwork, I watched a company video and waited in the lobby for my interview. The 1:1 interview lasted about 30 minutes. They asked about my experience, why I wanted to work there, and how I'd handle situations. They also want to know your availability and willingness to travel for work; I said 45 minutes. They do thorough background checks, including traffic tickets. I had to take a drug test within 24 hours, which is a urine test. Failing to report or testing positive without a prescription means no future employment. A week after the interview, I got a call, returned it, and they called back the next morning. I confirmed my interest, travel willingness, and preferred position (Night or Relief). I was then offered the job and told about orientation details.
