First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at QuickBridge Funding.
Account Executive
Recruiter called and set up an appointment for me with the hiring manager. A few days later I went into the office for the interview with the hiring managers. The interview was mediocre, but one of the managers asked some questions as if they were questioning my intelligence, and I didn’t appreciate that. Honestly, they are lucky I didn’t leave in the middle of the interview. Not to mention, their office felt like a boiler room. Why would anyone want to work with unprofessional people? One thing I’ve learned is that when you are interviewing with a company, first impressions are everything because it can say a lot about a employer or manager’s character. I’m glad I don’t work here or have to deal with people like these managers. There are a lot of better companies to work for out there, especially when it comes to how you are treated. I highly recommend staying away from this place and looking elsewhere.

Funding Advisor
The interview process starts with a phone call, followed by an in-person interview. Depending on the position and offer, an offer might be extended over the phone, with the official offer coming via email. It's important to get the compensation plan before signing anything.

Inside Sales Representative
Applied online and the recruiter, Rebekah, emailed me the same day. First, I had a phone interview with Rebekah. Then, she set up an in-person interview with the VP. When I got to the office, I was impressed by their COVID precautions: health questionnaire, hand sanitizer, masks, and a glass shield on the conference table so we could take off our masks during the interview. I interviewed with Luke Odelle, who was really professional and nice. He made me feel comfortable and let me ask questions.
- Can you describe your sales experience?
Software Engineer
It was a phone interview and then an onsite with multiple panel interviews where I talked to most of the team. The questions were chill and direct. They did a background check at the end.
